History

The Early Childhood Intervention Lebanon center (ECIL) was inaugurated in the summer of 2011 to help children with special needs since their youngest age.

The center is another social initiative affiliated with Imam Sadr who believes that a nation or a society is like a human body, any disorder would affect the whole organism. And those who can see and diagnose this disorder have the responsibility of treating it.

ECIL is part of a series of programs and services launched by the Imam Sadr Foundation on the night of its gold jubilee.

Seven years after the center’s establishment, we have been able to focus our efforts around a clear mission and vision, shared by all ECIL members. We attracted qualified human resources, trained and integrated them into the team. In addition to creating a strong institutional culture, we have gained self-confidence and determination to cater to the children’s needs and to their parents’ expectations.
